The issue was when I pull the trigger with a live round in the chamber it did not fire. I called today for an update and was told that my P365 went into the custom shop this morning for diagnosis and repair.

In time they will break-in and get easier to load. I typically will only load 10 rounds in 12 round magazine for the first few range sessions. Before you know it inserting round 11, then 12 will not be an issue.
